Command offers an intensive 5 week training program which includes instruction both in the classroom and on the sales floor. Learning daily from both ownership and management, the future leaders of Command leave training with the tools and skill sets necessary to achieve their career goals. Upon graduating from training, you will enter a 6-12 month mentorship. You will work along side a tenured sales representative who will mentor your growth while you work on established accounts. Once you have achieved required competencies, you will move into sales.
