Paul Loeb founded American Backhaulers (ABH) with $1,000, an IBM Selectric Typewriter, a card table, and a rotary phone.

It's Business Time 

Loeb single-handedly builds ABH as the fastest growing freight brokerage in the United States.

DND Express

Incorporated in November of 1997 by Danny Zamost.

American Backhaulers SOLD

Paul satisfyingly folds up the card table, packs the typewriter, and rides off into the distance.

1999 - 2005

Gone Fishing

Paul spends the next 5 years in the wilderness with only his fly rod, flint and steel, and an insatiable hunger for the tender white flesh of the Golden Palomino Trout.

Command Transportation

Just when he thought he was out, they pulled him back in. Loeb partnered with DND Express and ex-ABH employees Danny Zamost and John Cameli to form Command Transportation.

2014

Present Day

Command Transportation has grown to over 500 employees in under a decade and breaks through as one of the Nation's Top Freight Brokerage Firms.  As they continue to max-out office space, Command is adding new members to its unique family at a rapid pace. They couldn't stop the growth, even if they tried.
